The University of Virginia’s Upward Bound Program celebrates 50th years of success stories with our commemorative video entitled ‘I Am Upward Bound’. The University of Virginia’s Upward Bound Program is currently participating in the Council for Opportunity in Education’s video competition, voting ends on August 11th.
